Scope and acceptance

These terms govern purchases from Malaguo Shop. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that the order information is accurate, they are legally able to make the purchase, and they accept these terms together with the Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and availability

Only products displayed as available can be ordered. Product photographs, measurements, materials, edition information and included accessories form part of the description. Screen colour, scale and handmade or production variation may cause minor differences that are not material defects.

Prices and formation of an order

Base prices and charges are settled in US dollars. Any local-currency display is an estimate and the buyer's provider determines the final exchange rate and fees. Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase, not our final acceptance. An order is accepted after payment verification and confirmation by Malaguo. Unpaid reservations may expire after 72 hours.

Payment and verification

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card and wallet payments may be processed by third-party providers and may require 3-D Secure or other verification. We may pause or cancel a high-risk, duplicated, incorrectly priced or unverifiable order and issue a full refund where payment was received. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; the buyer must use the exact network, address and amount shown on the order page.

Inventory and fulfilment

Inventory can change before payment is confirmed. If an item is unavailable, materially mispriced or cannot legally or safely be shipped, we may reject or cancel the affected order and refund the amount received. We will not substitute another item without the buyer's agreement.

Shipping, duties, returns and refunds

The Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are incorporated into these terms. The buyer is responsible for address accuracy, import charges and delivery cooperation except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

The shop may not be used for fraud, payment abuse, unlawful resale schemes, interference with the service, automated extraction that burdens the site, or infringement of another person's rights. We may refuse service or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect buyers, Malaguo or payment and delivery partners.

Intellectual property

The Malaguo name, site design, product copy, original photography and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase of a physical product does not transfer rights in related trademarks, characters, images or digital assets.

Liability and mandatory law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or mandatory product and consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, Malaguo is not responsible for indirect loss or delays outside our reasonable control.

Changes and contact

The version published when an order is placed applies to that order. We may update these terms prospectively, and will revise the effective date when we do. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
