Collectible figures are inspected and photographed before dispatch. As with most collectibles, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item. Insured shipments are claimed on your behalf and we will replace or refund.
Refunds, when approved, return by the original payment method.
