Malaguo respects intellectual-property rights and expects creators to publish only material they own or are authorized to use.
Submit an infringement notice
Send notices to [email protected]. A complete notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide your contact information, include a good-faith statement and an accuracy/authority statement, and contain a physical or electronic signature.
Our response
We may remove or restrict material, notify the affected user, request clarification, preserve records, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly false notices may create liability.
Counter-notices
A user who believes material was removed through mistake or misidentification may send a counter-notice identifying the material and prior location, explaining the basis for restoration, providing contact information and required legal statements, and signing the request. We may share notices with the affected parties or service providers as permitted by law.
