Creator Agreement

This agreement supplements the Terms of Service for users who upload, publish, update, or monetize games through Malaguo.

Rights and submissions

You retain ownership and warrant that every submitted code, image, audio, trademark, model output, and other asset may lawfully be used and distributed. You grant Malaguo the rights necessary to host, scan, test, translate metadata, distribute, cache, promote, and operate the game.

Security and review

Builds enter quarantine and may undergo automated and human review. Do not include server-side executables, credential access, malicious behavior, undisclosed tracking, or attempts to escape the isolated runtime. Approval of one version does not approve later versions.

Analytics and advertising

Creator code may use only approved platform events and never receives Malaguo session credentials or payout data. Advertising is controlled by Malaguo. Creators may not inject ads, request clicks, fabricate engagement, or promise rewards for ad interaction.

Revenue and payouts

Displayed estimates are not final. Invalid traffic, policy enforcement, refunds, reporting corrections, taxes, fees, and other legitimate adjustments may affect revenue. Only finalized available balances may be requested, subject to verification, minimum thresholds, risk review, and supported payment methods.

Removal and termination

You may request withdrawal of a game, subject to reasonable archival, legal, and financial-record obligations. Malaguo may suspend distribution or monetization to protect users, advertisers, rights holders, or the platform. Provisions concerning rights, records, disputes, and accrued obligations survive where appropriate.
