These terms govern use of Malaguo. By creating an account or using interactive features, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must meet the minimum legal age for online services in your location.
Platform and community use
You may browse and play available games and use community features for lawful, respectful purposes. Do not manipulate traffic, ratings, advertising, revenue, or security controls; scrape private data; impersonate others; distribute malware; or interfere with the service.
Content and licenses
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Malaguo the limited worldwide rights needed to host, reproduce, translate, display, distribute, moderate, secure, and promote that content through the service. You represent that you hold all necessary rights.
Moderation, suspension, and changes
We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may suspend accounts when needed for security, policy, legal, advertising, or user-safety reasons. Services and features may change. Material changes to these terms will receive reasonable notice when required.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Browser games are supplied by independent creators. Malaguo does not promise uninterrupted availability or specific earnings. Liability is limited only to the extent applicable law permits; rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
