Malaguo collects only the information needed to operate accounts, publish and review games, secure the platform, understand consented usage, manage advertising, and administer creator revenue.
Information we process
- Account and profile details such as name, username, email, role, language, and verification status.
- Security and technical data such as IP-derived security signals, device type, timestamps, session identifiers, and audit records.
- Game uploads, descriptions, versions, moderation decisions, reports, ratings, comments, and creator support messages.
- Consent choices and privacy-aware analytics events. Advertising and analytics are not personalized without the required permission.
- Payout identity, tax, account-verification, and transaction information when creator payments are enabled.
Why we use information
We use information to provide requested services, authenticate users, prevent abuse, enforce policies, improve reliability, respond to requests, meet legal obligations, and protect users and creators. Where required, analytics and personalized advertising rely on consent that can be changed at any time.
Advertising and Google
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Malaguo or other sites. Where law requires it, advertising storage and personalization remain disabled until consent is granted.
Sharing and international processing
We may share limited data with vetted hosting, security, email, analytics, advertising, payment, and professional-service providers acting under contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
Retention depends on purpose. Account content is generally kept while the account is active; security, audit, tax, and financial records may be kept longer when law or fraud prevention requires it. We use access controls, encryption for sensitive payout destinations, rate limits, audit logs, and isolated game runtimes, but no service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. You can change cookie choices from the footer. Children and changes
Malaguo is not intended for children who cannot lawfully consent to an online account in their jurisdiction. We may update this policy as services or laws change and will publish the new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
