Email is the official contact channel for Malaguo. We aim to acknowledge ordinary requests within five business days. Urgent security reports should use [email protected] with “Security” in the subject.

- Your name and a reply address.
- The relevant Malaguo URL, game name, or account username.
- A clear description and supporting evidence you are authorized to share.
- For privacy or account requests, information sufficient for secure identity verification.
