About the game
Transfer a silent moon between gravity rings and gather a constellation.
Quiet Orbit turns orbital timing into a calm one-button puzzle. Shift between concentric paths, collect wandering stars, and read the rhythm of debris without breaking the moon's fragile route.
It is a puzzle rather than a reflex game, and the distinction is deliberate: the correct moment to transfer is always visible several seconds in advance, so a failed jump is a misread rather than a slow hand. There is no penalty for waiting. A full orbit costs you a few seconds and nothing else, which makes patience a real strategy instead of a euphemism for stalling.
Debris moves on fixed cycles that are out of phase with the orbits themselves. That phase difference is the whole puzzle — every few laps the two rhythms align and open a window that will not exist again for a while. Learning to see those windows coming is the skill the game is actually teaching.
Each completed constellation speeds everything up slightly, so the same route stops working and has to be re-read rather than repeated.
How to play
Press Space, click, or tap to transfer the moon outward to the next orbit when it aligns. Collect eight stars to complete a constellation and avoid the red debris.
Each constellation you finish makes the following one slightly faster.
Waiting costs nothing, so let an orbit come around again rather than forcing a transfer into a closing gap. Debris cycles and orbit periods are out of phase with each other, which means clean windows arrive on a rhythm — watch two full laps before committing and the opening is usually obvious.
