About the game
Grow a living communication network before its signals fade into noise.
Signal Bloom is a spatial network puzzle about reach and resilience. Connect dormant nodes to the living signal, chain efficient paths, and awaken every bloom before interference consumes the field.
The constraint that makes it a puzzle rather than a clicking exercise is that link cost scales with distance, and your signal budget is fixed. Reaching a far node directly is almost always affordable once and never twice, so the interesting decision is whether to spend the budget on the far node now or build a cheaper chain toward it and arrive with signal to spare.
Interference does not spread evenly. It creeps in from the field edges, which means the outermost blooms are both the most expensive to reach and the first to be lost. Experienced players usually claim the edges early and work inward, even though that is the opposite of the cheapest opening.
Sixty seconds sounds tight and is not. Most losses come from spending the budget rather than running out of time.
How to play
Select an active node with the mouse or by touch, then connect it to a dormant node within range. Longer links cost more signal, and your signal budget for the round is fixed.
Wake all twelve blooms before the sixty-second window closes.
Interference advances from the edges of the field inward, so the outer blooms are the ones you will lose first — claiming them early usually beats the cheaper habit of expanding outward from the centre. When two routes reach the same node, the one that leaves useful nodes adjacent to your network is worth more than the one that simply costs less.
