The current entries are two-player paddle duels on one device. Choose sides, check W/S and Up/Down, and aim for five points. There is no remote-room setup.

Two paddles on one screen

The two current entries are local paddle duels. Both players use the same device and the same moving ball. Move a paddle up or down to return the ball; a ball passing the left edge awards the right side a point, and a ball passing the right edge awards the left side a point. The round completes when either side reaches five points, with a 120-second timeout.

Left player: W moves up and S moves down. Right player: Up and Down arrows. The on-screen controls provide W, S, ↑ and ↓ for the same two sides. Each input changes paddle position; the mouse does not drag the paddle and the Action button is not part of this duel.

This is local shared-device play. There is no room code, remote matchmaking, private prompt handoff or voting screen in these playable versions. If you are choosing a game for friends in different locations, these entries do not provide that session setup.

Choose an existing presentation: Friendly Bluff or Mood Gap Party. Both use the same paddle rules; the names do not establish separate bluffing or mood-estimation mechanics.

Check both players' inputs before defending the ball

  1. Agree who controls the left and right sides. Start, move the left paddle once with W or S, then move the right paddle with Up or Down.
  2. On touch, use the corresponding two buttons for each side. The W/S pair is the left player's input, even if its letters are unfamiliar.
  3. Follow the ball approaching your side and move the paddle toward its height. A return changes the ball's horizontal direction; the rally becomes faster after paddle contacts.
  4. After a point, the ball resets at the centre. Prepare for a new direction instead of assuming it will repeat the previous serve. Pause before either player steps away.

Which side won is different from the platform's total score

The two-side board score and the Remaining field display the current left–right points, such as 2–1. The platform's numeric score adds both sides' points at 100 per point. A higher combined score does not tell you which player leads. Read the two-side points when a side reaches five, rather than interpreting the generic Run complete message as a victory for your own side.

Only one paddle responds

Check the side's controls. W/S belong to the left paddle and Up/Down to the right. Left/Right arrows do not move either paddle. The touch controls are labelled for the same assignments; try one input at a time to identify the side.

A point appears for the other side

The ball passed your edge without a successful return. The opposite side receives the point. Watch the next centre serve and align the paddle earlier; the total numeric score can increase even when the point was against you.

I cannot invite another device into the game

The current duel is played on one device. There is no invite or connection step to complete. Share the keyboard or touch screen locally, or choose a different activity that explicitly offers the session setup you need.

Checked 13 October 2026 against both active 1.1.4 archives. Their touch controls were aligned with the existing paddle keys. The underlying ball, score, five-point finish and timer rules were kept; individual game introductions that describe prompts or voting still require correction.
